Exchange & Return Policy

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates within 1–3 business days. All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Returns at Delivery

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, you may inspect and try the item upon delivery before making payment. If you decide that you do not like the item or it does not fit, you may return it immediately to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

In this case, you will only be required to pay a 25 AED delivery fee.

Items returned after the delivery has been completed and payment has been made will be subject to the conditions below.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To start an exchange, please contact us at darelmezyana@gmail.com and include your full name, order number, and the size you would like instead.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

Returns After Delivery

If you have accepted and paid for your order, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at darelmezyana@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund and provide further details.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for worn items, damaged items not caused by delivery, items without original tags, or any items marked as final sale.
